This case was transfered admission from a medical unit to our hospital. He was a male,22-year-old and came in with high fever(40C),sharp abdominal pain and highly frequent diarrhea(more than 20times a day). The patient was reported to have suffered from gangrenous appendicitis and undergone appendectomy. He received 10 day's anti-infectional treatment before and after operation in former medical unit. But unfortunately,serious postoperative infection of abdominal cavity and pyohemia had happened which had brought him to our hospital for help.……
